CUTISS AG reaches TOP5 ranking at Swiss Start-up Award 2018!

On November 7, CUTISS AG has been awarded with the prestigious CTI Startup Label. Daniela Marino, CEO of CUTISS AG, says: «This achievement honors the hard work of the team in the last years, which has led to matching significant milestones. We appreciate the excellent job CTI is doing in supporting entrepreneurship in Switzerland, nothing would have happened without the contribution of our Coach Jean-Jacques Becciolini.»

Today at the W.A de Vigier award ceremony, five Swiss start-ups have been each endowed with CHF 100,000 for winning the 2017 W.A. de Vigier Award. Among them are some which are specializing in wind energy collection, providing assistance to birthing women and speeding up skin growth in the lab.

CUTISS has been awarded the 1st place for the best Business Plan by >>venture>> 2015

The Jury and Advisory Board members chose CUTISS led by Daniela Marino as the best business plan and Prognostics as the best business idea project.

Monday evening the winners of >>venture>> 2015 have been announced at the award ceremony at ETH Zurich. Out of 95 business plans and 107 business ideas submitted, two medtech projects made it to the top.

1st place – best business plan: CUTISS (UNI Zürich) Deep skin wounds heal badly, developing into debilitating, permanent, disfiguring scars that require intense medical and home care. CUTISS now offers individually customized, minimally scarring skin grafts bio-engineered from a small piece of the patient’s skin. The start-up led by Daniela Marino (picture) wins CHF 60’000.
